Kavanjin Mansion

 

Jerolim Kavanjin (1643 - 1714) is the author of the greatest epic poem of Croatian literature. The poet of the late baroque, peer and lawyer, in his magnificent poem "Wealth and Poverty",
wrote 32.724 verses eight formed in 5.454 sixth stanza.

 

Kavanjin mansion was built behind the public lodge , where on the first floor there was an administration, on the ground floor was the prison. Jerolim Kavanjin requested to demolish the lodge what the residents of Sutivan allowed. In 1879th the summer garden was extended with the entrance to the sea and in exchange the local residents were given the land in Blato.

NOTE:

(a) The price includes: bed, tourist tax, water, electricity, air conditioning, bed linen and towels (changed every 7 days) , using the summer kitchen with grill, parking on our owner property, as well as by our street wall.

(b) The price does not include facilities for cleaning and hygiene in the apartments.

SUPPLEMENT:

(a) Payment for a stay of a child sleeping with parents or on an extra bed is 7 EUR per day.

(b) Supplement for pets (in agreement with the owner) is 5 EUR per day.

DISCOUNTS:

(a) For guests who come back discount is 5%.

(b) For guests staying more than 14 days , discount is 5% and is calculated only for the days of staying over 14 days.

 

Payment Terms

(1) Currency payments for rent apartments are in Euro.

(2) Advance reservation is paid in the amount of 75 Euro per bed of booked accommodation, no matter how many people leas apartment (Eg, Apartment 1 for 4 people - booking is 300 EUR).

(3) A guest receives written confirmation of the reservation accommodation and paid advance, after the amount is paid on the account of the owner of Villa ReniPOL.

(4) A customer is obliged to pay the total amount of apartment within 24 hours of arrival, less for money paid in advance.

(5) A customer is obliged to pay the total amount for the number of reserved days in the moment of paying the advance.

 

Terms of stay

(1) The guest has the right to use the reserved accommodation from 03.00 pm on the day of arrival until 09.00 am on the departure day.

(2) A guest can rent an apartment in the interval (Saturday arrival - Saturday departure) - 7, 14, 21 days etc.

(3) During his stay in our villa , silence is required from 12:00 pm to 08.00 am and in the period from 01.00 pm until 05.00 pm.

(4) All moving inventory (sun umbrellas, deck chairs and towels , blankets, etc.) are not allowed to take outside the apartment.

(5) A guests are asked to get in the sun umbrellas when they leave the apartment (due a local afternoon wind ).

(6) A guests are asked to turn off the air condition when they leave the apartment.
